An absolutely insane car crash happened in New Jersey over the weekend. A Porsche went airborne and crashed into the second story of an office building. Police say that the car was speeding when it hit a median. There was no one inside the building at the time of the crash, however the two in the vehicle did not survive.
Lake County in Central Florida has proclaimed itself a 2nd amendment sanctuary county. The resolution passed by the county commission is a preemptive stance on any potential gun removal or buyback plans from the national government.
Some local Veterans Day events. The Florida Museum of Natural History is giving out free admission to veterans. Lake City's Veterans day parade starts at 11 and will last about a half hour. There is also a concert at the Phillips Center put on by Buchholz High School starting at 7. Admission is free with a non-perishable food donation.
