Over in North Carolina, a woman decided to go to jail for her 100th birthday.
Ruth Bryant, the birthday girl, had two local deputies charge her with indecent exposure. They handcuffed Bryant to her walker, then placed her in the back of the patrol car. The deputies then flipped on the lights and sirens, taking Bryant to jail.
She was given the whole experience, including the being placed in a call...for a few minutes.
At the end of the day Bryant was back at the living facility for her party and cake.
