Amazon reportedly has thousands of unsafe items listed for sale from third-party sellers.
Since the sheer amount of people selling on Amazon is extremely difficult to moderate, and thanks to a change in Amazon’s policy, you can find products that falsely claim they’re FDA approved, prescription drugs, and more.
The Wall Street Journal, who investigated and reported on the matter,found that Amazon has actually banned at least 157 of the items currently listed. Some of the unsafe items are even labeled "Amazon's choice."
