Former 'Charmed' stars Alyssa Milano and Holly Marie Combs will guest star on Grey's Anatomy.
They will play the sisters of a construction worker who is brain dead after an accident.
The episode premieres on October 10th on ABC. Season 16 of Grey's Anatomy will kick-off on September 26th.
