HBO has decided not to pick up a prequel series set thousands of years before Game of Thrones.
Called The Age of Heroes, the show would’ve been about the first invasion of the White Walkers. The pilot was filmed and completed, and had cast members such as Naomi Watts, Jamie Campbell-Bower, and Naomi Ackie.
There is another Game of Thrones prequel on the horizon though based on Martin’s Fire and Blood.
