Ruby chocolate is coming to America.
Made by the Swiss chocolate company Barry Callebaut, this will be the first new natural shade of chocolate since white chocolate debuted in the 1930s. If you go looking for it, the chocolate might not actually be called chocolate. The FDA still hasn't given Callebaut the approval to label the sweet treat as such yet.
You can find ruby chocolate in Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.
