Scientists Wake Up 100-Million-Year-Old Microbes

Scientist have woken up 100-million-year-old microbes.

The single-cell organisms were dug up from a region in the Pacific Ocean with little nutrients and oxygen. It didn’t take long for the microbes to wake up after they were given the food their old home lacked. Their numbers even quadrupled in 68 days.
