After witnessing the success of Marvel Studios turning their comics into money machines, Sony is turning their PlayStation games into movies and shows.
To do this, Sony has created the PlayStation Productions studio, meaning that they’re doing everything in-house. Many video game movies end up terrible, but Sony is determined that since they know their content and fans, they can produce content people will enjoy.
Although what titles are being worked on is a mystery, production is underway.
